At July 3rd 2026, the current application number to search for is 26/1113/s42. At 11/7, due to the complaint from the CC about wrong information being supplied and the lack of any tree felling plan, the application has been taken down by Dumgal until the information is corrected. We are still running information sessions.

This application is for the site and access road, the last application for 112 units was refused and then lost at Scottish Gorvenment Appeal in September 2025.    

The Local Development Plan is currently under review making good progress towards the 2028 target for version 3. Part of this process is a review of site suitability. The last site review and full assessment in 2016 presumed that the Ancient Woodland would remain intact and the open space was protected.
